Nice contrasting colors! It gives the viewer a reason to stare a little longer, feels like it has a lot of depth in it. Clean and self explanatory in a way, nicely done!

Yeah, I love superimposing julia-type variations to get that wire-frame spheroid thing. It approximately doubles the render time, but it gives it a nice sense of depth.

Yes, they do.

Whenever I make one of these, the hardest part is the color. I could choose to emphasize any of a hundred aspects of the picture. In this version, the spinning streaks and wire-mesh thing are emphasized, but there are dozens of elements that you can't see. Perhaps I'll upload some of the other versions so you can see.
